CIO.

CIO stands for Chief Information Officer and even called as Information Technology Director. They acquire head position of information technology department within an organization and play a vital role there. Being well positioned they understand their potential and create a vision for the business. With technology and regulations all the time business is changing its color and taking a drastic look leading to increase in responsibility of a CIO. Overwhelming role and responsibility of CIO is often unclean to make out.
